UNO FITNESS
Pick a Uno CARD from the stack and perform an activity by the following criteria:
The number on the card is the amount of repetitions you need to complete.
Red = Push Ups
Yellow = Mountain Climbers
Blue = Sit Ups
Green = Squats
Skip Card = Skip one lap around the outside of your house
Reverse Card = Jog/Walk backwards around the outside of your house
Draw 2 Card = Draw two cards from the UNO deck and do both activities
Wild Draw 4 Card = Draw 4 cards form the UNO deck and do all 4 activities
Wild Card = Mimic the way a wild animal walks as you move around your house
