Welcome to APHS ParkFit 100 Club Challenge!

GOAL:

Accumulate a MINIMUM of 100 points each week

HOW TO ACHIEVE GOAL :

SELECT: Choose a MINIMUM of one activity from the grid PER DAY

PARTICIPATE: Complete a warm up activity and then read the information that corresponds to the activity you wish to do and complete the chosen activity/activities. There are tasks available for all fitness levels. The harder the task, the more points you will receive.

RECORD: At the end of the week record all activities you have completed on the activity tracker form and calculate your weekly points.
