Run like Jess!
Former Albion Park High School student Jess Hull last week competed in the 1500 metres event at the Olympics, making it all the way to the final.
In the Olympic Semi-Final, Jess set the Australian Record for the Women’s 1500m with a time of 3 mins 58.81 secs.
In this challenge, we want you to run 1.5km as well. You can download the STRAVA app to help you track your run. Challenge yourself, can you run 1500m just like Jess?
Kickflipping with Mrs Woolley
For those who weren't aware, Mrs Woolley's son, Kieran Woolley, competed at the Men's Park Skateboarding event at the Tokyo Olympics and finished 5th in the world!!
Take your skateboard, scooter or roller blades down to the local skatepark and practice your skills. Don't forget your helmet and protective equipment.
