All Out Workout

The all out workout is made up of a series of burpees, push-ups and sit-ups. The aim of this workout is to complete as many sets as possible in a 15 minute period with 3 30-60 second planks at the end (do whichever you are most comfortable and able to do).

The Workout

Complete as many sets as possible in 15 minutes:

1 set:

  • 5 x burpees

  • 10 x push-ups

  • 15 x sit-ups

Once the 15 minutes is up have a 1-5 minute break (depending on your fitness level) and complete 3 x 30-60 second planks with a 30 second break in between.
