Mrs Caldwell's Bottle Flipping Plank Challenge
Are you up for the Challenge?
Fill a drink bottle with water ⅓ full. Find a flat surface to perform this challenge. While holding a plank, flip the bottle with one hand until it lands upright. When you successfully flip the bottle, perform a burpee and go back down into a plank. Repeat this until 3 successful flips are made. Depending on your skill level, you may get very shaky!
