Mrs Caldwell's Bottle Flipping Plank Challenge

Are you up for the Challenge?

Fill a drink bottle with water ⅓ full. Find a flat surface to perform this challenge. While holding a plank, flip the bottle with one hand until it lands upright. When you successfully flip the bottle, perform a burpee and go back down into a plank. Repeat this until 3 successful flips are made. Depending on your skill level, you may get very shaky!

The Nutbush Dance is done repetitively in a plank position. See how many rotations you can do before you drop!

Core Exercise

Miss Duffy's
Core Control

Complete 12-15 reps of each exercise:

  • Push ups 

  • Sit ups 

  • Squats 

  • Reverse lunges (double reps) 

  • Plank hold (60 secs) 

  • Side plank hold (30 secs each side) 

 

Repeat circuit 6x or for 30 minutes
