Do You Yoga
Yoga is a great way to strengthen muscles, improve focus and work out some kinks or stresses from sitting for too long at the computer. You can participate in yoga that works up a sweat and you don’t have to be able to bend your body into pretzel shapes. Follow a yoga session with some moments of quiet contemplation to reset both the body and the mind.

There are many similar apps and sites, find one that suits you and give it a go.

Tabata Workout
Tabata is a high intensity workout, but don’t let that put you off because the awesome thing is they only go for a total of 5 minutes! If you think you can spare a quick 5 minutes give these different combinations a go:
