Do You Yoga

Yoga is a great way to strengthen muscles, improve focus and work out some kinks or stresses from sitting for too long at the computer.  You can participate in yoga that works up a sweat and you don’t have to be able to bend your body into pretzel shapes.  Follow a yoga session with some moments of quiet contemplation to reset both the body and the mind.

My go to sites are https://app.doyou.com/login where the free account has great sessions - if you like it why not do the 30 days of yoga challenge. https://www.calm.com/ is my other favourite and it also has free options.

There are many similar apps and sites, find one that suits you and give it a go.

Tabata is a high intensity workout, but don’t let that put you off because the awesome thing is they only go for a total of 5 minutes! If you think you can spare a quick 5 minutes give these different combinations a go:
