Family Stretch

Fun family workout at home

It's difficult to motivate the kids to want to do a workout. So I'm making this a silly one and throwing in some fun elements with animal impressions after each exercise to help with that.

 

So let's make sure at home, you have the young ones smashing out their best impressions when called upon. All a bit of fun here to help brighten the mood for everyone and you adults , trust me this is a pretty tough workout which you can also do yourselves , NO SLACKING from you adults!

Batman body workout

Batman No-Equipment Workout:

  • Rolling squat tuck-up jumps: 5 reps

  • Side to side push-ups: 5 reps

  • Modified headstand push-ups: 5 reps

  • Jump pull-up with tuck / Pull-up with Tuck-up: 5 reps

  • Handstands against wall: 8 seconds

Quarantine Abs

Here are some ab exercises which have been put into a quick workout that you can do 2-3 rounds of, if one round is too easy. Make sure to push yourself but stay within your limits! Remember to listen to your body, you know it best.
