Try the Ply

Plyometric training involves a series of jumps, hops, bounds, and/or skips. It is a commonly used training method for sports requiring power, think Football, Soccer, Athletics, Hockey etc. It is considered very effective in improving athleticism for both young and adult populations.

Test out this workout from overtimeathletes (OTA) for 40 points! You may need to stop and start to get a handle on the movements.
