This activity is a test will power not physical endurance.
For 40 points you need to go a day without ANY junk/processed foods. These types of food include:

Take away foods (burgers, chips, KFC, McDonald's etc)

Snack foods (crisp chips, lollies, muffins, cakes, chocolate etc)
-
Desserts (Ice-cream, Ice blocks etc)
Earn yourself 40 points per day if you continue to go without these foods.
Earn yourself an ADDITIONAL 100 points if you go for a week without these foods.
