Using a full deck of cards, work through the entire deck completing the following:
Hearts: jump squats
Diamonds: calf raises
Spades: crunches
Clubs: russian twists
The number on the card = number of reps
Face Cards (J,Q,K) = 10 reps
Aces = 11 reps
