90s Intervals

For 20 points, take your morning/afternoon walk to the next level by adding in some running intervals to increase the intensity of your workout and elevate your heart rate.

Task

During your (minimum) 20 minute walk implement the following:

Walk for 1 minute, jog for 30 seconds

 

If you are finding this too difficult, adjust the timing to increase your walking time and minimise your jogging time. Alternatively if the task is too easy, adjust the timing in the opposite manner.
